Your Property Sourcer - William Lewis BSc (Hons) MRICS
William Lewis started undertaking property viewings aged 11 when helping to sell his father’s investment property. Since then, he has built his substantial property portfolio in Liverpool, working his way up to a Director of a National Firm of Chartered Surveyors before starting Lewis & Foy Lettings with his business partner Liam J. Foy.
William is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Over time he has developed a suite of skills ideally suited to property sourcing. He has invested in his personal Buy to Let property portfolio for almost 20 years, has been an RICS Registered Valuer, eventually a co-director of Lewis & Foy Lettings, and has now assembled his hobby into a living.

Free Consultation
We offer a complimentary consultation to identify your ambitions and how we can assist you to achieve them. To make the best use of this call, please complete a short questionnaire so we know a little more about your aspirations.
Create Investment Strategy
Based on your specific requirements, we create a proposal that will meet your property investment objectives. This may be a single strategy or a mix of different property purchases in varying locations.
Property Search
We search for appropriate properties, conduct viewings and negotiate the best conceivable purchase price. A brochure outlining the opportunity, inclusive of numbers, property images and a video walk-through (if permissible) is presented.
Offer Accepted & Appointing Others
We get the survey completed early — if any hidden problems are highlighted, we negotiate with the vendor to rectify the issues or gain a further reduction. We recommend a complete structural survey or, at the very least, a homebuyers report by an RICS qualified surveyor. You reserve the property; we instruct solicitors experienced in investment properties and case manage the conveyancing through to completion.
Completion
We remain in communication with the estate agents and solicitors to advance the sale right through to the exchange of contracts, completion and collection of keys.
Refurbishment
We manage any refurbishment and ensure the project is delivered on time, to specification and within budget. Tradespeople are just one part of our team.
Lettings & Management
We ensure you are fully compliant and your Liverpool investment property is let out to great tenants.
