NEW PROPERTY INSTRUCTION8th April 2019: Lewis & Foy have started to evaluate the rental potential of a property on Romulus Street, Liverpool, in preparation for rental. James Foy Group has been contracted to conduct a full property refurbishment for a landlord based in Scotland. The property had been previously let through another letting agent. Over time the property had been mismanaged and fell into a poor state of repair. Subsequently, the property has remained empty for 5 years. Vandals had entered the property and stripped the property of valuable metals. As you will see from the photographs below, we have been working laboriously, bringing back up to a legal standard in preparation for our property management team to put it on the market.
