Terms & Conditions
- Payment is made within 10 days of landlord’s first rental payment.
- A clawback clause applies if the landlord cancels within 6 months.
- Referrals must be new landlords not already in discussions with us.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members are not eligible.
- No obligation for the Lewis and Foy Lettings to accept referrals.

They Sign Up!
The landlord signs a full property management agreement with us.
You Get Paid
Once the landlord’s first payment is received, we’ll pay you 50% of the reward, with a further 50% once they have completed 12 months Full Management.
