Landlord Referral In 3 Simple Steps
Refer A Landlord
Share our details with your friends, family and contacts who may be interested in our services. If they like what they see and you make the introduction to us, we will do the rest!
They Sign Up!
The landlord signs a full property management agreement with us.
You Get Paid
Once the landlord’s first payment is received, we’ll pay you 50% of the reward, with a further 50% once they have completed 12 months Full Management.
Terms & Conditions
- Payment is made within 10 days of landlord’s first rental payment.
- A clawback clause applies if the landlord cancels within 6 months.
- Referrals must be new landlords not already in discussions with us.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members are not eligible.
- No obligation for Lewis & Foy Lettings to accept referrals.
