Example:
- If the monthly rental is £800.00 you will pay a fee of £28.80 inc. VAT.
- Minimum fee of £25 + VAT PCM payable (£30.00 inc. VAT)

Tenancy Renewal Fee - £100.00 + VAT (£120.00 inc. VAT)
* Tenant Find Service as required - if you have tenant(s) this will not be charged, ie, moving from another management company.
